Preparation of documents:
- To obtain shipping documents simultaneously with the goods you need to sign a treaty of delivery bilaterally.
- Supply contract is made directly to the Payer for the goods.
- In the event that during the term of the contract of supply the list of persons authorized to receive goods on behalf of the Purchaser changes for each of new recipient a warrant must be made.
- Period specified in the power of attorney shall not exceed the term of the contract delivery.
- Supply contract is available to sign, in duplicate, after which it must be reviewed and signed by the Customer (Buyer) in duplicate within a period not exceeding 7 days from receipt of documents.
- At goods reception documents signed by the Supplier Buyer receives:
- Invoice - 1 copy;
- Waybill - 2 copies;
- Documents confirming the quality of goods (copies of certificates of conformity / Declaration of Conformity).
- Waybill must be signed by the Buyer in 2 copies.
- Documents signed by Buyer (contract of delivery and waybill) must be transferred to the representative of the Regional Centre.

Sanitary-Epidemiological Conclusion is a document certifying compliance with the sanitary rules of production which will be used. Serves as a basis for issuing a certificate of compliance / declaration of conformity.
Certification is a form,where the technical regulations, standards, regulations, codes or conditions of contracts are registered.
Certification may be mandatory or voluntary:
The certificate of conformity and a declaration of conformity shall have equal legal force. These documents indicate that the products are safe for life, health and property and the environment.
If the product does not provide for mandatory certification, it can hold its own - this is the right of the applicant (company or individual entrepreneur). To do this, enter into a contract with the agency for voluntary certification.
Voluntary certification is to confirm compliance with the requirements of national product standards, standards organizations, rules, systems of voluntary certification and conditions of contracts.

3. Invoice
An invoice is a document providing the basis for making charges against the buyer by the seller of goods, as well as for calculation of VAT.
4. Waybill
Waybill shall apply for registration of sale inventory to a third party. Made in duplicate. The first copy remains in the company of the Supplier, yielding commodity-material values, and is the basis for their retirement. The second instance is passed to a third party and is the basis for the posting of these values
