The total number of our employees in China and Russia is more than 300 people. The AKFA team is a friendly team of professionals whose work is always well-settled, despite the territorial remoteness.
Each employee regardless of position, status and role within the company is a member of a team. The overall result depends on everyone, on how well everyone is doing his part of the common cause. A smile, a desire to help each other – these are qualities that make working together enjoyable and comfortable.

An integral part of life for the whole AKFA team is sport. It is a tradition to hold competition between the lines and divisions of the company annually for many sports; the company also actively supports the development of children's and youth sports. Various competitions and relay races have effect on staff and help to know each other and their company better, to disclose the potential, to identify leadership qualities and other important characteristics of our employees. Company management has identified such pattern - person who has reached high sports results is successful at work.
